The location worked great for me. it was close to the airport and connected to citygate outlets. i also found the room and amenities quite good. The smart toilet was a definite plus. the fresh slippers every day were a nice touch too!

the room was small relative to the price i paid, i felt it. the air conditioning was also difficult to manage. it required assistance twice and didn't reach above 20c.

the location is fantastic because it is near both the airport and a shopping mall! the hotel is super clean and the views from the bar and restaurant are killer. i found the staff friendly and always eager to help. i loved having the shopping mall right under the hotel!

i did notice there isn't any room service available during the night.
