decent stay near the airport

smart toilet fresh slippers inadequate signage difficult entrance

The location worked great for me. it was close to the airport and connected to citygate outlets. i also found the room and amenities quite good. The smart toilet was a definite plus. the fresh slippers every day were a nice touch too!

finding the entrance was surprisingly difficult. it required navigating a maze of escalators and elevators within the shopping mall, i spent a lot of time wandering around trying to figure it out. also, the signage was inadequate!!

the hotel connected to city outlets, this was quite convenient. the room offered a smart toilet and comfy beds. fresh slippers daily were a nice touch for each guest.

the room was small relative to the price i paid, i felt it. the air conditioning was also difficult to manage. it required assistance twice and didn't reach above 20c.

the location is fantastic because it is near both the airport and a shopping mall! the hotel is super clean and the views from the bar and restaurant are killer. i found the staff friendly and always eager to help. i loved having the shopping mall right under the hotel!

i did notice there isn't any room service available during the night.

I appreciated the airport shuttle. It arrived quickly. the enclave restaurant had very tasty food (i especially liked the noodle options). the room was clean. the staff were friendly and helpful.

finding the hotel entrance from the shopping mall was a bit confusing.

I found the staff very helpful! edith at the front desk showed us how to navigate the area. jay helped with our luggage and ed advised us about taking the bus to macau. the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. It was a superior experience!

clean room early check-in unilingual staff cold temperature

the room was clean and the amenities were excellent! we were able to check in early, too. We loved that.

The breakfast staff did not speak english. also, the temperature in the evening bar was too low. It was outright cold.
